magicbart :
its comment on a record or a post record ?
When you post or edit a record, you can optionally add a comment in a box, then, a small Text Balloon image will appear next to your record.
Comments will be viewable when you mouse over a Text Balloon and stay there with your mouse a second or two, like the title attribute in HTML.

Kind of like Cyberscore's Record Comments, Right? I would like VGR to have this feature as well.

I up this topic to discuss about it
Its about a player who add a comment on its post ?
Or about any player who can add a comment on a post ?
I do believe it was originally proposed with the intention of players being able to add a comment to their own record, kind of like it is on CyberScore.
Although, the idea of any player being able to comment as well may come in handy for suspicions or questions, instead of having to go make a whole forum post about it.

But if other ppl can post comment on every single score, will be there not to much space to scroll down to other scores? I mean if a discussion start about a score, ppl will not just post one.
The bigger question is: can you post like: "nice score, can you proof it?", and if they refuse to, how we handle that? I don't think it's fun to read a small Messages if the score is unproven.
On CS i use this Feature for my very old scores(for telling i had to rebuy the Game to send Proofs, some of them are from 2006! damn im getting old) and sometimes if im realy proud of one of my scores(just something like "YES!" or "FINALLY!"
). It's also possible to use this to tell how you got that score.
But like i said, with no proof, a score number is just "empty" and then they just write "i did it", is nothing we actually need.
So for me this Feature it's a "nice to have" but nothing im realy need on VGR
