Play Mode and Levels and GC Exclusives --> Levels, Play Modes and GC Exclusives

Sounds much better in English; we try to avoid two 'and's and Play Mode needs an 's' as well.

In Athens 2004 for the PC, some charts are only on the PS2 version and shouldn't have charts in this game.

In Others, Equestrian is not in the game.  Also the whole Gymnastics group does not exist in the PC version, and should be deleted.

Finally, in Champion and Competitions, the Gymnastics competition does not exist and should be deleted.
