Groups would look like this: [b]Zone A : Base[/b] [i]Stage 01 - Best Time[/i] [i]Stage 01 - Highscore[/i] [i]Stage 02 - Best Time[/i] [i]Stage 02 - Highscore[/i] [i]Stage 03 - Best Time[/i] [i]Stage 03 - Highscore[/i] ... [i]Stage 10 - Best Time[/i] [i]Stage 10 - Highscore[/i] and the same with the other Zones [b]Zone B : Factory[/b] [b]Zone C : Town[/b] [b]Zone D : Ruins[/b] [b]Zone E : Desert[/b] [b]Zone F : Cave[/b] [b]Zone G : Tower[/b] Alternatively, time and score of each zone could be separated, for example Zone A: Base - Best Time (Stage 01-10), Zone A: Base - Highscore (Stage 01-10) if this works better.
