[Linkers] Atari 2600 report

The following members have seen their scores removed on the mentionned games:

1. Siliconian on Cosmic Ark and Pac-man (respectively 34,180 and 8,281 ,both rank 1. Pac-man was played on NTSC version)
2. Larquey on Cosmic Ark (8,240, rank 2. Proof was accepted since 28 june 2020 but you can see the use of an unofficial cartridge with an SD cart on the picture). It is also mentionned in the open topic about this player.

Both members will soon be contacted.
No ban has been applied due to the ambiguity of the linkers' issue at the moment. Although VGR is against this practice.

I am still unable to contact Siliconian due to the message search box not working on his name. Can someone else try to look him up ?

For your information, VGR Council decided that linkers will be forbidden. 
This new rule will start and be active when it will be written in the Rules.
