Could someone please remove the score chart in this ''almost unknown'' game called Glover? It's not any good idea to have any score chart there. Few have played this game, but let me give some information about how it works:
The score you have when you enter a stage is not necessarily ''0'' every time. The score works in the same way as (example ''Mario Bros''), where the score will build higher after each stage. The score doesn't reset itself when you enter a new stage. It will only reset if you get game over or start a new file.
In Glover you can go back to any stage you want whenever you want with any score.
This means the scores can't be trusted without any video proof in this game. It also means that there could be cheating involved, if someone starts a stage with a score higher than 0. The only way to be sure no one is cheating is by making a video proof for every score record posted, (which most players don't or can't do).
(Not sure how to explane it in any better way than this)...
There should only be ''Time Trail'' in this game. If there should be scores, make it to one record like ''Total Score'' instead of having scores on every stage.
The link to the game is here: null
By the way, the reason to why I added (64) in the title is because there is another problem here, as well. The (PS1) Version is slightly diffrent compared to the (N64) Version. I'm quite, (99%) sure about all the records that are set here at the moment have used the N64 version. It would be nice if someone could change those versions in to two games, too, thanks. :)
EDIT:
The stages are slightly diffrent. This could affect the runs. I don't have the PS1 Version myself, but there could be some other diffrences I don't know of, too. Like if there are any diffrent speed in just the walking? (There's diffrent speed between the controls in example ''Rayman 2 The Great Escape'').
Here are a few videos to compare:
null (PS1 Version)
null (N64 Version)
As you can see, the stages are slightly diffrent (at the begin).
I can't seem to find any good videos at YouTube, but here's another one:
null (PS1 Version)
This level is the same, but it looks shorter at some parts in the PS1 Version.
