I've changed \"Jet Set\" into \"Jet Grind\" on DC and Xbox Games

The Dreamcast game should be changed to Jet Set Radio/Jet Grind Radio. Only this game is known as Jet Grind in the US market, it's still called Jet Set in all other markets.

The Xbox game is known as Jet Set Radio Future everywhere. That should be changed back to how it was before.
