Lorinard's proof picture seems to be from an emulator. From what I know, it's impossible to take a shot from the GB/GBA with this quality, and the GB adapters I know (Super Game Boy and Game Boy Player), they have a display around the GB screen. Only if he edited it to remove the borders, but even that I don't think the image can be captured with such high quality...
