There are some differences between the versions. Nightmare table has some differences between Amiga and PC versions. In the top part of the table ramp locations are not the same for example. 

PC version has a configuration screen where you can change the number of balls: 3 or 5. And you can also adjust the angle of the table. Amiga version doesn't have these settings. It is played with 3 balls.

Never played the SNES versions. But what I can see from videos, it has worse graphics, probably ball physics are not the same. Nightmare table layout is similar to PC version, but I think it doesn't have the configuration screen to change number of balls. 

So I think it's best to split all versions as their own game.

I agree on that.  And I played the SNES version 😅which is not near as good as the Amiga or PC version.

I also agree to split all 3 versions as a unique game.
You have to contact each member of this game, in order to know which version they played.
In absence of answer, you have to determine which version will be conserved for keeping unknown scores.
Proofs can maybe help for this.

After, a Game admin will take care of this split/game creation.
