Pokemon Go update

So as many people know (at least those playing this game), latest update added trading and friends into the game. And this is open discussion for what everyone thinks about this update? Do we allow everyone to post scores they got from a traded pokemon? Traded pokemon will be marked as traded, but you need to scroll down to see this info, thus making picture proofs more difficult, cause you can't fit it in the same screen with CP for excample.

I think we have to continue as we do now, and not accept trade pokemon. Maybe i will send a email to nantic to have the info of the first owner of a pokemon at the top :cute:

I agree, if we allow traded Pokémon it will not make sense anymore. But hard time for the proofs indeed. Not a big fan of this update by the way, it's just another advantage for multi-account people...

Yes, but I think nobody wants to make thousands of video proofs. And if we accept picture proofs like before, I think it's not fair to ask video proof later if already proven by picture. Because we simply may not have that pokemon anymore. You can't keep every pokemon because of the limit and you may have send it to prof. or evolved it. or even traded away.

It's difficult to say something about it. When I got an XL or XS pokemon, I always took a screenshot, evolve him if I can, and then I delete him because of the lack of pokemon I can get. So, the only thing is, as VGR works, we have to trust each others. The only pokemon I can show without problem are my best CP pokemon because I keep them for the gym fights. But I obviously don't want to send more than 1.700 videos for this game, and as a proof controler, I do not want to see more than 10.000 video proofs of people scrolling their screen for one pokemon.. Complicated..

To my mind Gifts are the best update, for one week I send and receive so many Gifts. With luck you can have cool 7km eggs. At the moment i'm not interested to trade (even for regionals), maybe in the future...

I learned that a new update in October 2020 will make obsolete some smartphone versions (those with Android 5, IOS 10 and 11, and IPhone 5 and 6). Starting from October, people with this old smartphones will not be able to play the game anymore. So, prepare yourself, and maybe find a new type of smartphone...

So Generation 6 is out, can we add those records for the pokemon that are currently out? Thanks in advance. (I can supply the names if you need them)
