Its only a time difference like many other games for example Super Mario Kart SNES.

yes, thats the problem from the most Games with time. The NTSC Versions are ~20% faster, so you can shot more at the same time as the PAL Versions.
But im confused because all Mario Party Games have a PAL and a NTSC scoreboard, why dont make this with the most other Games too with time scores? :O
