Im not sure which moderator to talk to who speaks english or not, so i will just post it here
But anyways, i got your email today saying that a member had a problem with my score on \" carpe dime\" on GTA: Chinatown wars.
What i want to know is, why on earth have you asked me to provide proof? Its not as if the second place score is hard to beat- after all, he has a silver dragon-  which isn't even the best award you can get for completion of the mission. As shown in the video, although my score isn't exactly proven, my golden dragon is shown- which PROVES i achieved a better score than second place- who is Flothaboss

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qSB9N_1ZCiA

If you ask me, this is an absolute shambles. I mean, i beat second places' score by 5 seconds - and he beat third places score by 6 seconds- so its not exactly a closesly contested record is it?

Record under contention can be seen here
http://www.vgr-fr.com/index.php5?c=record&id=58740

I suggest you remove this investigation immediately, because there is no reason to keep it, and its a completely shameful whoever allowed this to go under investigation

With all due respects

If someone asks for proof of a record, regardless of how \"easy\" a score is to get, you must give it. That's the way it works around here and it's a system that works

If 2nd is easy to beat, beat it again and provide proof

You can upload the video directly to the site by clicking on the square to the right of your time. Then it will be accepted by whoever checks it.

So your saying im free to go around spamming proof requests?

Problem is i dont have a camera, and my video recorder is poor quality. Its pretty pathetic if you dont have to have a reason to request proof, and its more or less descriminating against people who are without camera's.

Do good gamers have to have £200 camera's?

I respond to your PM and, of course, administrators must have some English language understanding (a minimum...)

In order to asking a proof, you have to write WHY you're asking a proof and you can't do more than 3 times a day.

And, as for all people I told before, those who ask me how good gamers can buy a $XXX camera, I ask them only one question: How good gamers can buy XX games at $60 each ?
Don't buy some games, just wait and buy a camera. And whatever the quality, if we can see the mission you played and the score you did, it's ok. You don't need to buy a \"VERY READY FULL ULTRA GIGA HD camera\" ... Now, you can find very good materials for cheap...

I can assure that the investigation will not get away until you proof or until 14 days...

The site prohibits all users(Without exception) from spamming proof requests, and the person who proof called you must have had a reason to proof call you or it would not have been accepted.

And cameras are cheap

My lapras proof on pokemon snap is a screen shoot of my webcam ( ><\" )
The quality is poor but we clearly see the score...

A webcal is not as expensive as a camera...

You can also use your phone or your friends phone to take a pic.

I haven't got any (enymore :'( ) byt it's nor a probleme for me to proof.

TwIsTeD_EnEmY, I haven't played the games, so I don't know how easy to do that records is, but we all had 1 or 2 proof asking that we thought a bit ridiculous. But by proving what people want you to prove you will acquire the respect of the other players. It's a bit normal when a new player arrives and take some gold medals that people want to know if what he post is legit. We all been there.

What is nice here is that you don't have to prove every scores like on some other site. But once in a while you will receive some proof asking. Don't worry it's not too often. (or maybe I don't receive them often 'cause my scores are poor. smile)

Well i suppose i should take it as flattery, but i honestly dont understand why this person has asked for proof? If it was Flothaboss, i would have thought he would be more proffesional about the matter.

Im not going to be home for 2 weeks, im off to Canada. However, im brining my DS, and my friends over there have some decent cameras, so we will just have to see

On VGR, you can see whenever you lose a gold, silver, or bronze medal. It could've been any of those 3 people who lost a medal or someone else that doesn't even play the game.

Don't assume that it was the person who lost the gold.
and you don't need an XXX camera, just a cheap XX camera

For DS proof I use my dad's digital camera, but I have 2 webcams, 2 computers with TV cards, my phones, a DVD recorder and a video recorder if I want to take proof. None of which were that expensive(I was ripped off on one of the phones lol)

My Snorlax picture comes from a webcam on Andrew's laptop...and you've seen the quality of that.
