The number of proofs increase since 3-4 months. It's why we say that poeple have to avoid to post proofs if they'll beat their scores few times after and send a new proof. Many hundred of proofs are like that, and it's why number of proofs increase.

Proof admins are volunteers. So if there's no volunteers, there's no new proof admins.
