Latest google chrome update broke flash player, videos can no longer be watched

videos can no longer be watched on google chrome in a recent chrome update, there was a work around before to add the site to the allowed sites, but this can no longer be done. something needs to be done about this https://gyazo.com/766c88f4398d1a279ebcdbe6d77a1cf1

Yes you can i will try to explain how to do it in English. You will click to the padlock before the URL and it's say "View site information".
After clicking, you will click on site setting.
You search "Flash" and put "Allow" to ensure Flash works. And you will have access to flash player.
But there is a disadvantage: You will do it all times you will close Google Chrome.
