Mario Kart 8 Deluxe: Time Trials - Best Lap Time - N64 Royal Raceway - 150cc - 0:39.260 (2nd Lap!)

As the name implies, the second lap is the record run of 0:39.260. This is my sixth platinum record achieved for videogamerecords.com on Mario Kart 8 Deluxe for Nintendo Switch and took nearly an hour to figure out and achieve.

This record can be improved by about under a tenth of a second more, but it's a minor addition. At the beginning, it might be possible to do a purple boost from the previous lap into the record lap, which would help cut the time down going into the first mushroom boost. But that's it. Everything else in this run is solid.

Also, it IS 150cc! At the beginning of the video, keep an eye on the lower right of the Switch lite screen when it shows the course name and Time Trial mode.
