[NSMBU] Penguin vs. Torpedo in 40.25 (Former WR)

Came back to this Time Attack challenge after my previous WR of 40.51 (achieved in 2014) was beaten by Catzee recently ending at 40.27 after some improvements and a couple new strats being implemented, like spawning the torpedos at the middle part as early as possible.
I won't be stopping here though since I can save around 3 or 4 frames at the ending. The run up to that point is really good, but I can get a 40.1 if I get a very good ending on that pace.
