Finally decided to max this one out! The Japanese version of Cook Off has an extra lettuce step, which means more points on the table. Getting a 69 in the bun and 62 on lettuce are both very tight to get. Bun and decorate are confirmed max from TAS, lettuce is almost guaranteed maxed.
9 seconds is likely maxed as well, didn't do the new strat but I still got a 9 second with a 69 61 and 99 with the new strat. Maybe if you are perfect you can get an 8 second.
