@Lucario : I already told you : do NOT talk to me. Ever again. Stop trying to communicate with me altogether, in ANY form. No matter what languages you (fail to) speak in, stop.

Undead :

i always sended proofs request with this text in the past and it never was refused.

Even before I was a controller (last summer) I suppose ? I guess some rules are indeed changing and other people are controlling. Be strong until things are defined more clearly.

zephyraz :

It's not written directly, but c'mon, it's just 2 seconds to do it...
I always check this first, before any explanation.

So do I.

Anyway, this whole thing boils down to "asking politely" apparently. Because the spamming issue has already been addressed by limiting the amount of proof requests one person can send at a time.

I understand Undead. But I prefer to be more precise reason for me : Why do you ask for proof ? It is easy to say that this person has proved nothing about the game say me the reason for this. Otherwise, I see no objection to refuse an application. Because insufficient reason .

I can tolerate this kind of thing : It seems impossible score . I am able to pass one, two or three times. If it becomes too lamps repeatedly , I would like additional clarification . I do not want people abusing the player even if it takes all the time to give the same justification. It is not long to write an additional sentence to clarify . It is clearer that leave sow doubt in the controller that handles the request of the complainant. Often , people who usually have plates on attack. By cons , some of us do not warrant enough for the application of evidence is acceptable. It has happened to me that I am denied requests evidence and I 've never done more than that. For cons , the controller also has a role to play when it rejects a request for proof . It should explain to the person why he refuses unknown evidence.

You are right to be angry Undead if we do not give you reasons in a refusal. I prefer that states why you want proof. I think Thelegendary appreciated too.

Undead :

and btw @Emperor: i know you are a skilled Gamer, but what site you like more? vgr or Cyberscore? If both, then you should also prooving your scores on boths sites. I still have every score picture i posted on my Computer. I have no idea why you delete your pictures after uploading (its called backup)

BTW : VGR have a system for exporting all proof (pics and vids) from the site to your computer. See "camera picture" in menu = "My proof" = "Export my proof" smile.
Maybe Cyberscore has same, dunno...

I use "save this image as" myself.

It would be nice if VGR had some other way to use picture proofs for the site... as a user with terrible internet, the current method can be very tiresome and extremely annoying. Uploading a picture generally takes around 1-2 minutes for me, and if I'm trying to prove a large number of records... you get the idea.

While having a cap on how many requests you can make per 24 hours may be a good idea, the cap should be higher than 5. There are some games where I simply know the community/players well enough to tell if someone is submitting bullshit to the site (as was the case on Cyberscore for MKW recently, until I caught it and informed some other karters; a kid had submitted TAS'd records to the site, but they were accepted because it had a video. To any person not familiar with the game/community, this wouldn't seem suspicious, but after being around for 6 years and seeing hundreds of cheaters come and go, I basically know who the bad apples are).

BTW, I understand Emp91 not wanting to resubmit a proof for everything (especially with a lot of records). I myself have to delete a lot of things due to lack of space and things easily become lost over time. Something I would recommend though, if you have never tried, would be setting up a Dropbox account and/or a Google Drive account (I have a 2 Google Drive accounts with just old proofs, should my computer crash).

If you're not using Internet Explorer as browser, you can use the proof page (camera icon = "My proofs" = choose a game = open a group) to drag your picture file on the record block. As this process is asynchronous, you can send all picture one by one using drag'n'drop system until they're all uploaded.
Just one thing: the request to open a group is synchronous so if you open a new group while uploading your file, you will not be able to see when your file will be uploaded.
Hope this helps smile
